"Tried to contact by phone by line appeared not in use. This was annoying as when I booked on line the day after the price had gone up by £3.
Also on booking form it was implied confirmation and updates would be sent by text at an extra cost of £1.50 but when the confirmation of payment was sent the info stated an email would confirm booking etc, no need to pay for text😠"
"I was impressed by the way they contacted me regularly keeping my up to date with pending journeys - this was a great re-assurance that I could depend on them. On my return to Bristol from Bordeaux, my flight was delayed, and since my driver, naturally had other commitments and was unable to wait, another driver wad located, one from Bristol so that I didn’t need to wsit maybe 2 hours for a driver from Cardiff .This was my first trip abroad on my own since losing my husband, so I wad naturally very anxious that everything would work out - and it did!
